At Thermomix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary investment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your appliance or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the Thermomix and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
